The Australian Government has asked the Productivity Commission (PC), by Terms of Reference, to examine possible improvements to Australia’s workplace relations systems.
The PC having produced a number detailed issues papers has asked a series of questions including:
- What works well in the Australian Workplace Relations system (the system)?
- Views on minimum wages, penalty rates, unfair dismissal, compliance burdens and related matters, and
- Changes one would like to see?
